When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days and shipped with tracking. The tracking link arrives by email.
In what order do I use the routine?
Morning and night: cleanse, balance with the toner, apply serums from lightest to richest, then the eye gel cream and moisturizer. Use the retinol and peptide serum at night only, and wear sunscreen the next morning.
Can I return a product?
Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 30 days and we will put it right.
Where do I find the ingredients?
Each product page lists the full ingredients and how to use it.
What is a Presence set?
Four products chosen to work together: Daily, Radiance, Evening and Renewal. A set costs the same as its four products.
