Subscriptions

When you choose Every month or Every 3 months, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the same products at the price shown, plus shipping and taxes, on that schedule until you cancel.

Your first order is charged when you check out. Each later order is charged and shipped on its renewal date.

Subscription orders cost the same as buying once. If a price changes, we will email you at least 7 days before your next renewal, and you may cancel before it is charged.

We email a reminder before each renewal so you can skip, change or cancel it.

You may pause, skip a delivery, change the schedule or cancel at any time, with no fee and no minimum number of orders. Manage your subscription from the link in your order email, or write to us.

Changes made at least 2 days before a renewal date apply to that renewal. Changes made later apply from the next one.

If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and try again over the following days. If payment still cannot be taken, the subscription is paused until you update your payment method.
