By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, Returns and refunds, and Subscriptions policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Refloin products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Read the full ingredient list before use, patch-test new products, and stop use if irritation occurs. Consult a physician if you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition.

The label package may change, but the product is still the same.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or limited availability. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. For subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges as described in our Subscriptions policy.

Orders ship as described in our Shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

The Refloin name, logo, product names, images, text and design of this site belong to Refloin LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to reach systems or data you are not authorized to access, interfere with its operation, or scrape it by automated means.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and products are provided as is. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Refloin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to hold Refloin harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or products or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please write to us so we can try to resolve it informally.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when they were placed.
